Common Questions

When are tips published? +
The AI engine runs daily at 10AM AEST. Tips are typically live by 10:30AM. Retry passes run at 11AM and 12PM for any late-declared meetings.
A horse I was tipped has been scratched — what happens? +
The engine monitors scratchings from 9:30AM and updates published tips automatically when a horse is scratched.
What does "Premium" mean? +
Any selection rated 8.5 or above by our 15 AI models is published as Premium only. Free members see selections rated below 8.5. Premium members see all selections.
Is there a free trial? +
Yes — every new subscriber gets a 7-day free trial of Premium. We collect your card upfront, but no charge is made until day 7. Cancel anytime in your dashboard before then and you pay nothing. If you don't cancel, the first month (AU$29) is charged on day 7 and your subscription continues from there. Free tips are also always available with no account at all.
How do I cancel? +
Open your dashboard. There's a Cancel button at the top. If you're on the 7-day free trial, cancelling takes effect immediately and you're not charged. If you're a paying subscriber, cancelling leaves your access active until the end of your current paid month, then it ends.
