• Payment information: Processed by Stripe — we do not store card details
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, tip preferences

Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on servers located in Australia and/or Singapore (Hostinger infrastructure). We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit. Passwords are hashed using WordPress bcrypt. We implement reasonable technical measures to protect against unauthorised access, disclosure or modification of your personal information.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
• Stripe: Payment processing (governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy)
• Hostinger: Web hosting infrastructure
• Law enforcement: If required by Australian law or court order
We do not share your information with advertisers or marketing companies.
Marketing Communications
If you subscribe to Track Edge, we may send you service-related emails including tip notifications, scratchings alerts and subscription renewal notices. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by emailing support@trackedge.com.au or clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
