1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using trackedge.com.au (“the Site”) or subscribing to any Track Edge service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cryptiq Cybersecurity Pty Ltd (ACN 695 226 745), trading as Track Edge.

2. Service Description

Track Edge provides horse racing form analysis, AI-generated tipping selections and racing intelligence for informational and entertainment purposes only. Track Edge:

• Is NOT a licensed wagering operator under Australian law
• Does NOT accept, place, broker or facilitate bets of any kind
• Does NOT provide financial or investment advice
• Does NOT guarantee any wagering outcomes or profits

All tips and selections are generated by automated analytical models and are provided as information only. Wagering decisions are made entirely at your own discretion and risk.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this service. By using the Site you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Track Edge reserves the right to terminate accounts where age eligibility cannot be confirmed. Use of Track Edge tipping services while under the influence of problem gambling urges is strongly discouraged. Please see our Responsible Gambling page.

4. Subscription & Payment

4.1 Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe, our third-party payment processor.

4.2 All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

4.3 Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4.4 To cancel, email support@trackedge.com.au before your next billing date. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription periods except as required under Australian Consumer Law.

4.5 Track Edge reserves the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5. Refund Policy

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a refund if a service has a major failure. For subscription services: if you experience a technical failure that prevents access to premium content for more than 48 consecutive hours, contact support@trackedge.com.au to request a credit or refund for the affected period. Change-of-mind refunds are not provided for digital subscription services.

6. Accuracy & No Warranty

Horse racing tips involve inherent uncertainty. Track Edge makes no representation, warranty or guarantee that:

• Any tip or selection will result in a winning bet
• Racing data used is free from error or up to date at time of publication
• The AI models will perform consistently over any given period

Tips are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Past strike rates or model performance data are historical only and are not indicative of future results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Cryptiq Cybersecurity Pty Ltd and its officers, employees and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of Track Edge services, including but not limited to wagering losses, missed opportunities or reliance on tip information. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site including tip data, model outputs, written analysis, software, logos and design is the intellectual property of Cryptiq Cybersecurity Pty Ltd. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission. Racing data is subject to third-party copyright including Racing NSW, Racing Victoria, Racing Queensland and Racing Australia.

9. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your premium account access with others. Track Edge reserves the right to terminate accounts found to be sharing access. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

10. Prohibited Use

You must not use the Site to: scrape or systematically collect data; reverse-engineer or copy the tipping models; resell or redistribute tips commercially; engage in any activity that disrupts the Site or other users; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). By using the Site you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for any dispute arising under these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

13. Changes to Terms

Track Edge may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
